Tasks & Responsibilities:

Greet customers and identify their visual and lifestyle needs.

Recommend suitable frames, lenses, and optical solutions.

Explain product features, pricing, and promotions.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Process sales transactions and handle basic after-sales support.

Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.

Requirements:

Diploma or certification in Optical Technology or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in an optical lab or retail optical environment.

Ability to accurately read and execute optical prescriptions.

High attention to detail and technical accuracy.

English communication skills required (Arabic is a plus).
