Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnose oral health issues
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patients
Perform various surgical procedures such as tooth extractions, implants, and reconstructive surgeries
Manage postoperative care and monitor patient recovery
Work in compliance with governmental healthcare protocols and standards
Provide education to patients regarding dental health and surgical care
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient management
Participate in public health programs and community outreach as needed
Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
Valid dental license and certification recognized by the governmental health authority
Minimum 3 years of experience in oral surgery, preferably within the government or public sector
Strong knowledge of government healthcare regulations and patient care standards
Excellent surgical skills and patient management capabilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills suited for diverse patient populations
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary government healthcare teams
Commitment to public health and ongoing professional development
