Main responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients with a variety of ENT conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments
Conduct surgical procedures, including minimally invasive options, as appropriate
Maintain a strong focus on preventive care and patient education
Stay current with the latest advancements and best practices in otolaryngology
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations
Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution
Successful completion of an accredited residency in otolaryngology
Board certification in otolaryngology is preferred
A valid and active medical license to practice
Experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of ENT disorders
Proficient in surgical techniques related to otolaryngology
Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach
Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
Commitment to continuing education and professional development
Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a bonus
