Responsibilities
Assess and evaluate patients with various ENT-related conditions through thorough medical histories and examinations
Formulate and implement effective management and treatment plans
Perform various surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques when appropriate
Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technology for accurate patient assessment
Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive healthcare
Maintain detailed and accurate medical records for all patient interactions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities
Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of a residency program in otolaryngology
Board certification in otolaryngology is preferred
Active medical license in good standing
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in otolaryngology
Proficient in performing a range of ENT surgical procedures
Excellent diagnostic skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, with a focus on patient engagement and education
Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
