Paediatric Nurse

Location: Docklands, London

Pay: Days £28.01, Nights £32.31, Sunday £36.51

Shifts: Days 9am-6pm, Nights 9.30pm-7.30am

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Paediatric Nurse to join our team in East London, supporting one of our clients with and a range of complex health needs.

Our client has a cheerful and loving personality and he loves being surrounded by activity. He likes being talked to, he loves having cuddles and interaction with his family and friends. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing personal care and mobility support

Supporting with clinical tasks

Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

✅ What You’ll Need:

Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

Essential experience:

Enteral feeding

Seizure Management Epilepsy

Tracheostomy

Tracheal Suctioning

Ventilation

Cough assist

Oxygen therapy

Medication Administration
