Key responsibilities
Perform routine check-ups, monitor growth and development, and manage health issues in children
Administer vaccinations and educate families on preventive healthcare
Conduct thorough physical exams and development assessments
Prescribe medications and create treatment plans for various pediatric conditions
Foster strong relationships with children and their families to encourage ongoing communication
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Stay current with medical advancements and pediatric best practices to deliver high-quality care
Document patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with healthcare regulations
Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent from an accredited institution
Board certification in pediatrics
Valid state medical license
At least 3 years of experience in pediatric healthcare settings
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with children and families
Team player with a collaborative approach to patient care
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
