We are searching for a dedicated and compassionate clinician who excels in delivering emergency care to infants, children, and adolescents facing urgent medical situations. In this fast-paced role, your clinical expertise will be pivotal in ensuring young patients receive timely diagnosis and treatment in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Core responsibilities:

Conduct rapid and comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients with varied emergency conditions.

Diagnose and treat acute medical issues and traumatic injuries in children with urgency and precision.

Stabilize patients effectively and determine the necessity for specialized care or interventions.

Perform essential procedures, including but not limited to intubations, suturing, and IV access.

Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate optimal patient care.

Communicate effectively with patients' families, providing thorough information and emotional support.

Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately within electronic medical records.

Contribute to the mentorship and education of junior medical staff and residents in pediatric emergency care.

Requirements

MD/DO with completed residency in pediatrics and a fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine.

Board certification in pediatric emergency medicine or eligibility for board certification.

Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.

Significant clinical experience in a pediatric emergency department setting.

Strong ability to make quick decisions and remain composed under pressure.

Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with young patients and their families.

Strong team player with a commitment to working collaboratively within a healthcare environment.

Dedication to continuous learning and staying informed about pediatric emergency medicine advancements.

Proficient in electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies.
