Your Responsibilities

Comprehensive basic and specialized treatment care of patients.

Assessment and determination of individual care needs.

Organization, design, and management of the nursing process.

Analysis, evaluation, and quality assurance of nursing standards.

Participation in practical nursing education and training.

Promoting health and healthy lifestyles while considering individual resources.

Providing advice, guidance, and support.

Communication and cooperation with other professional groups.

Contributing to the improvement of professional practice.

Communicating with parents and reference persons.

Your Profile

Completed training as a Nursing Specialist (Pflegefachmann/-frau) or Health and Pediatric Nurse (Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpfleger/in).

Interest in developing within this professional field.

Empathy when dealing with children and their parents.
