Requirements

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution

Completion of a general surgery residency and a fellowship in pediatric surgery

Board certification or eligibility in pediatric surgery preferred

A minimum of 5 years of experience in pediatric surgical practice

Strong proficiency in performing a variety of pediatric surgical procedures

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and their families

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Current medical license to practice in the state
