Job description / Role

We are seeking certified and experienced female Personal Trainer to deliver high-quality group classes and personal training sessions in a premium multi-studio training facility. Trainer will work with large groups, providing structured and engaging sessions while maintaining professionalism and a positive member experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Personal Training:

• Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to individual goals.

• Build and retain a personal training client base.

• Develop customized training plans that align with member needs.

Group Training:

• Coach structured group classes.

• Deliver safe, effective, and engaging sessions across various specialties.

• Maintain strong class flow with appropriate timing and transitions.

• Scale exercises for mixed fitness levels and ensure injury prevention.

General Duties:

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional training environment.

• Provide supervision during open gym hours when required.

• Uphold facility coaching standards and brand values.

• Engage positively with members to contribute to retention efforts

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of coaching experience in fitness.

• Valid fitness certification relevant to the listed specialties.

• Required certification in Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates.

• Experience coaching group classes is essential.

• Strong communication skills and class control abilities.

• Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability are mandatory.

• Strong technical foundation in fitness disciplines.

• High energy and professional demeanor.

• Team-oriented with a focus on member engagement and satisfaction.
