We are hiring PICU Nurses (Filipino), Multiple Positions, for a Tier 1 Government client from a healthcare centre, dedicated professionals with strong paediatric critical care experience. Roles & Responsibilities:

Continuously monitor critically ill pediatric patients, vigilantly observing vital signs, neurological status, and response to interventions, ensuring immediate action to any changes.

Administer medications and intravenous therapies with precision, including titrating vasoactive medications and managing complex infusions, adhering strictly to protocols.

Provide comprehensive respiratory support, including mechanical ventilation management, airway management, and chest physiotherapy, optimizing respiratory function.

Collaborate effectively with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other specialists, contributing to the development and execution of patient care plans.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, demonstrating a strong foundation in pediatric nursing principles.

Holds a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, showcasing professional competency.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), indicating familiarity with high-acuity patients.

Demonstrates proficiency in advanced nursing skills, including central line management and mechanical ventilation, highlighting technical expertise.
