Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pilates Program Manager / Group Exercise Manager to lead the development and management of group fitness programs within a premium fitness environment. This role requires a strong fitness professional with proven leadership skills, hands-on class experience, and the ability to build and manage programs and teams from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing, designing and launching structured, trend-aware class programs, mentoring and training staff, setting coaching standards, and ensuring consistent execution and high-quality delivery for members.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage group fitness programs

• Lead and deliver Pilates, functional training, and other group classes

• Manage, train, and develop fitness staff

• Oversee class quality and programming standards

• Stay up to date with global fitness trends and continuously improve offerings

• Ensure a high standard of professionalism and member experience

Requirements:

• Female candidates

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in fitness, program management, or gym management

• Proven launch experience required: Previously launched a new class/program from scratch in a newly opened gym or played a key role in opening a new branch within an established fitness brand

• Strong experience in Pilates and functional training

• Proven experience running group fitness classes

• Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills

• In-depth knowledge of current fitness trends

• STOTT PILATES, Balanced Body, BASI, or equivalent Pilates certification, along with NCCA-accredited fitness certifications are a bonus

• Background in well-known premium gyms / reputable fitness studios with strong service and coaching standards.

• Must be willing to relocate to Qatar
