Key responsibilities
Perform a diverse range of reconstructive and aesthetic surgical procedures, including facelifts, breast augmentations, and reconstructive surgeries after trauma or cancer treatments.
Evaluate patients’ medical histories and conduct thorough assessments to create personalized surgical plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including dermatologists and oncologists, to ensure holistic patient care.
Monitor patients in the postoperative phase, addressing any complications or concerns that arise.
Provide thorough education to patients about procedural options, recovery expectations, and future care.
Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and surgical procedures.
Commit to continuous learning by staying informed about the latest advancements in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Requirements
Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialized training in plastic surgery.
Board certification in plastic surgery.
Valid medical license to practice in the Gulf region.
Demonstrated experience in performing a variety of aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures.
Strong understanding of the artistic and technical aspects of plastic surgery.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and handle high-pressure situations.
