SearchPlus HR is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a podiatrist to join a government healthcare facility. In this vital role, you will provide essential foot and ankle care to a diverse patient population within a supportive and multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Your primary responsibilities will involve assessing, diagnosing, and treating a range of podiatric conditions, as well as developing effective treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' foot and ankle health
Diagnose and treat foot and ankle conditions, including diabetic foot care, injuries, and deformities
Create and implement individualized treatment plans, including both surgical and non-surgical interventions
Educate patients on foot health maintenance and preventive measures
Collaborate with a team of healthcare providers to deliver holistic patient care
Stay current with advances in podiatric medicine and government healthcare policies
Requirements
Experience in treating a wide range of podiatric conditions
Proficiency in performing both surgical and non-surgical procedures
Strong understanding of diabetic foot care and orthopedic assessments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to continuous education and adapting to changes in healthcare policy
