Roles & Responsibilities

Provide full care and supervision for newborn babies (0–3 months and above as needed)

Assist with feeding (breastfeeding support or bottle feeding) and ensure proper feeding schedules

Change diapers and maintain proper hygiene and skin care

Monitor baby’s health, temperature, and general well-being

Follow sleep routines and help establish healthy sleep patterns

Sterilize bottles, feeding equipment, and baby items

Support mother with postnatal care guidance and recovery assistance

Track feeding, sleeping, and diaper logs accurately

Ensure a safe, clean, and calm environment for the newborn

Administer basic first aid when necessary and report any concerns immediately

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

Valid nursing license with current CPR and First Aid certification, ensuring adherence to patient safety standards

5–8 years of proven experience as a newborn care nurse, nanny, or maternity nurse

Strong knowledge of infant care, hygiene practices, and safety standards

Calm, patient, and highly attentive to detail

Ability to strictly follow instructions from parents and/or medical professionals

Additional training or certification in childcare, nursing, or caregiving is an advantage
