Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Product Specialist to promote and sell high-end surgical solutions to private healthcare institutions. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, supporting clinical procedures, delivering product training, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Promote and sell high-end surgical solutions to private hospitals across KSA, achieving assigned sales targets and maintaining strong profit margins.
Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients and HCPs, and other key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
Identify clinical needs and present tailored product solutions through meetings, demonstrations, and value-based discussions
Attend surgical procedures in operating rooms and labs to provide technical and clinical support when required
Organize and deliver product training and educational programs for healthcare professionals and hospital staff.
Lead product evaluations and coordinate new product trials within hospital accounts.
Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements in alignment with company strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or any other related field to medicine.
1-2 years sales experience in the medical industry.
Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage a demanding workload
Strong experience in the surgical field in KSA.
Solid exposure to the private sector in KSA.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-focused abilities with a strong capacity to build strong relationships.
Ability to work in a hospital setting, primarily in operating rooms.
Ability to learn and handle medical equipment.
