Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for patients

Provide individual therapy sessions and develop treatment plans

Diagnose mental health conditions and monitor patient progress

Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with DOH regulations

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care

Offer counseling and emotional support to patients and families

Ensure confidentiality and ethical practice at all times

Desired Candidate Profile

Female Psychologist with valid *DOH License / Eligibility*

Arabic speaker (mandatory)

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in UAE or home country

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle diverse cases and work under pressure

Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
