Key responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnoses for patients with various types of cancer.

Design and implement personalized radiation therapy treatment plans using advanced techniques.

Administer radiation treatments effectively while monitoring for side effects and patient responses.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical and surgical oncologists, to deliver optimal patient care.

Educate patients and their families on treatment options, expected outcomes, and support resources.

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in accordance with healthcare regulations.

Stay current with advancements in radiation oncology and participate in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

M.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited institution with specialization in radiation oncology.

Preferred board certification in radiation oncology.

Active medical license to practice in the UAE.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in radiation oncology and advanced cancer care.

Strong proficiency in modern radiation therapy techniques and patient management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
