Talentspoc is seeking a skilled and compassionate radiation oncologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering advanced radiation therapy treatments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide the highest quality cancer care. Key responsibilities

Assess and evaluate cancer patients to develop individualized radiation therapy treatment plans.

Collaborate closely with medical oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, and nursing staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Administer radiation treatments and monitor patient progress, adjusting protocols as needed to optimize outcomes.

Educate patients and their families about treatment options, side effects, and supportive care measures.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Engage in clinical research and participate in educational initiatives to advance the field.

Uphold professional standards by adhering to safety guidelines and ethical practices.

Requirements

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution

Board certification in radiation oncology

Active and unrestricted medical license in the practicing state

A minimum of 5 years clinical experience in radiation oncology preferred

Strong knowledge of radiation therapy techniques, planning, and delivery systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interaction

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Commitment to ongoing education and professional development

Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
