Key responsibilities
Conduct a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds, maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
Interpret imaging studies and provide detailed, timely reports to referring physicians.
Engage in multidisciplinary discussions to assist in treatment planning and patient management.
Maintain compliance with medical protocols and ensure detailed documentation of patient records.
Educate patients and family members about imaging procedures, safety considerations, and expected outcomes.
Stay current with the latest advancements in radiological practices and technologies through continuous professional development.
Collaborate in research initiatives and contribute to the academic growth of the radiology department.
Requirements
Medical degree from a recognized institution with specialization in Radiology.
Board certification in Radiology from a Western country (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia).
Current medical license to practice in the UAE or eligibility for licensure.
At least 5 years of experience in diagnostic radiology.
Proficient in various imaging modalities and adept at providing expert interpretations.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment.
