Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recovery Nurse / Scrub Nurse / GA Nurse based in Kota Damansara. Responsibilities include assisting medical and surgical teams in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care. This involves preparing and maintaining the operating room, ensuring patient safety, monitoring vital signs, assisting with surgeries such as orthopedic and general procedures, and adhering to strict protocols to uphold the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Nursing and Medicine.

Proficiency in Multidisciplinary Surgery support.

Experience and competence in Operating Room procedures and protocols.

Effective critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills in a high-pressure environment.

Current nursing certification and licensing in accordance with regulatory and hospital requirements.

Prior exposure to recovery room or surgical unit workflows is an advantage.

Commitment to providing compassionate care while maintaining attention to detail.
