Shape care, empower people – your field of activity with us
You take responsibility for holistic, professionally sound care and support our patients with dedication and heart.
As the head of a care team, you lead your team of healthcare assistants, nursing assistants, students and trainees with a clear overview, team spirit and tact.
You manage the nursing process confidently – supported by our digital hospital information system – and ensure precise, traceable documentation.
Together with the team, you will further develop nursing care: You will contribute ideas, actively shape processes, and continuously improve quality.
As a mentor, you will accompany and support students and trainees on their path to a nursing career.
This is what you need to be successful.
You are a registered nurse (HF/FH) or about to graduate and ideally already have experience in acute care. You find the broad medical spectrum of a family-run peripheral hospital exciting and enriching. You treat people with respect and appreciation, because providing the best possible care for our patients is your top priority.
You work carefully and conscientiously and enjoy taking on responsibility. Professional development is a given for you, and you want to continuously expand your skills. Excellent written and spoken German completes your profile (if you have a diploma in a foreign language, you have a B2 level diploma).
