Job Overview: Registered Nurse (Community Palliative Care)
Mercy Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their Community Palliative Care (CPC) team based in Ponsonby, Auckland. The role focuses on providing holistic, compassionate care for patients with life-limiting illnesses and supporting their whānau (families).
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care: Provide nursing assessments, symptom management, and care planning in a community setting.
Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams and external healthcare providers (GP nurses, district nurses, etc.).
Support: Offer education to other health professionals and participate in an after-hours/on-call roster.

Schedule: Permanent part-time (32 hours per week / 0.8 FTE).

Requirements
Current NZ Annual Practising Certificate.
