The tasks:
They handle the preparation, monitoring, and aftercare for surgical procedures.
They implement the hygienic and aseptic regulations in the operating department.
They handle sterile goods
They carry out disinfection and disposal measures.
They prepare the operating units, including the instruments, materials and equipment required for the operation, appropriately before and after.
They operate medical devices correctly and provide instruction (X-ray machines, RF devices) to other employees in accordance with the guidelines of the Medical Devices Act.
They maintain the documentation in the operating room IT system.
They supervise and guide trainees.
The know-how for this:
Successfully completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d) or nursing specialist (m/f/d)
personal, social and professional competence as well as a sense of responsibility and willingness to cooperate with other professional groups
Flexibility, commitment and interest in regular professional development; innovative thinking and action
