Introduction

On behalf of a long-term care institution located in a beautiful mountain region, we are looking for dedicated and professionally skilled nursing specialists. We are seeking individuals who perform their work with heart, responsibility, and expertise, and who appreciate an environment where people—both residents and employees—are the central focus.

Responsibilities

Independent planning, implementation, and documentation of holistic, high-quality care.

Individualized, needs-based, and resource-oriented support, as well as empathetic accompaniment of residents in their daily care routine.

Ensuring, advancing, and actively helping to shape a professional and sustainable nursing process.

Creation, review, and continuous adjustment of care plans, along with conscientious nursing documentation.

Technical guidance, support, and development of staff within the nursing department.

Active participation in BESA classifications (billing systems) and relevant nursing assessments.

Acting as a consultant and support person for residents and their relatives/caregivers.

Profile

Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist (FaGe, FaBe, or HF / Registered Nurse).

Experience in long-term care is an advantage.

Independent, structured, and responsible way of working.

High level of quality awareness and responsibility.

Empathetic, team-oriented, and reliable personality.

Flexibility as well as mental and physical resilience.

Proficient in common IT applications.

Knowledge of BESA and EasyDok is an advantage.
