Introduction

Tasks
You accompany and lead a small care team with clarity, empathy, and professional confidence.
You actively participate in the selection of new team members and contribute to a harmonious team structure.
You plan team meetings, keep the threads of coordination together, and contribute your perspective to interdisciplinary discussions.
You ensure that structured procedures and coordinated processes are implemented on the ward.
You conduct professional nursing consultations, support the nursing process, and contribute to the further development of internal standards.
You will work on optimizing care services and contribute ideas that improve quality and daily life.
You provide holistic care and support to the guests, based on current nursing guidelines.
profile
You have a qualification as a registered nurse (HF/FH) or an equivalent qualification (SRK recognition)
Experience in long-term care or psychiatry is an advantage and will support you in your daily work.
You are familiar with dealing with people with dementia, or you would like to deepen your knowledge in this area.
You bring a warm, humorous and empathetic attitude.
You meet challenges with clarity, openness, and a solution-oriented perspective.
Do you communicate confidently and fluently in German, both orally and in writing?
