This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 3-6 LPA) Min Experience: 2 years Location: juhu,mumbai JobType: full-time We are seeking a skilled and experienced ICCU Staff Nurse to provide high-quality care to critically ill cardiac patients.

The role involves continuous monitoring of patient conditions, timely clinical interventions, and close collaboration with the medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical knowledge, hands-on experience in intensive cardiac care, and the ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations while delivering compassionate patient care.

Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ICCU Continuously monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and overall patient condition Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed Assist physicians during emergency procedures and critical interventions Operate and manage ICU equipment such as ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety standards Communicate clearly with doctors, patients, and attendants Ensure smooth and effective handover during shift transitions What Makes You a Great Fit BSc Nursing or GNM qualification 3–4 years of post-qualification nursing experience Hands-on experience in ICCU or critical care settings Valid Maharashtra Nursing Council (MNC) registration Willingness to work rotational shifts Strong clinical judgment and observation skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to perform efficiently in high-pressure environments with professionalism
