To strengthen our team at our main site in Kassel , we are looking for registered nurses / nursing professionals (m/f/d) for our cardiac catheterization laboratory as soon as possible .

Your primary responsibility is providing expert nursing care to our patients in the immediate aftercare following diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. You will monitor the post-interventional course. With empathy and a high level of expertise, you will support our patients throughout their entire recovery phase.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Our cardiac catheterization laboratory offers an exciting work environment. Our diagnostic procedures include, for example, the interventional treatment of chronic coronary occlusions (CTO), pressure wire measurement and IVUS, and the implantation of closure devices (LAA, PFO, ASD). A digital cardiac catheterization suite with pulsed fluoroscopy (reducing radiation exposure) is available.

They are responsible for the holistic, empathetic postoperative care of our patients, including advice and explanation of behavioral measures.

This includes, among other things, patient monitoring, recognizing emergency situations and acting accordingly, applying dressings after examinations with arterial access, inserting venules, as well as the admission, transfer and discharge of patients and the electronic entry and exit of consumables.

They work closely with our team in the cardiac catheterization laboratory and support them when needed.

Professional skills:

They have completed three years of nursing training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d).

Do you already have some professional experience in the aforementioned field? That would be ideal, but it's not a requirement. Our interdisciplinary team's structured onboarding program will optimally prepare you for your work in the cardiac catheterization lab.

A good technical understanding of our medical devices and a high level of nursing expertise complete your profile.
