Health and Pediatric Nurse (m/f/d) – Intensive Care Shared Living Group (1:2 ratio) in Karlsruhe
Where You Are Needed
In a newly opened intensive care shared living group for children in Karlsruhe, a maximum of two children requiring intensive care (ages 0–6) are cared for in a quiet, family-like environment. No hustle, no clinical stress – instead, you get a 1:2 care ratio, genuine attention, and a lot of heart.
For this individual, high-quality care, we are looking for an empathetic Nursing Professional (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time.

1:2 Care Ratio: Real time for your little patients, high-quality care without time pressure.

Support: Assistance from nursing assistants and curative education nurses.
Flexible Daily Structures: Oriented towards the needs of the children.
Shifts: Early, late, and/or night shifts (06:30–14:00 | 13:45–20:15 | 20:00–06:00).
Structured Induction: Individualized training – even without prior intensive care experience.
New Establishment: Actively help shape processes and the team from the start.

What You Bring to the Table
Completed three-year training (State Exam) in health and nursing, pediatric nursing, or geriatric nursing.
