Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role at Beacon Hospital in Puchong for a Registered Staff Nurse. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, administering medication and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal healthcare services. The nurse will also assist in educating patients and their families regarding health management and recovery.
Qualifications
Clinical skills such as patient care, medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining accurate medical records
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients and families
Ability to handle emergency situations and provide immediate nursing interventions as necessary
Familiarity with infection control procedures and adherence to healthcare protocols
Possession of a valid and current nursing license (required)
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or any related field
Experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred but not mandatory
Empathy, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality care
