About the Job
Are you looking for genuine team spirit instead of empty promises? Then join us at #TeamMitSpirit!
We are looking for you as a Registered Nurse / Medical Assistant (MFA) / Paramedic (m/f/x) for our Ambulatory Surgery Center.
What to Expect
Patients: You will provide empathetic and responsible support during the pre- and post-operative phases for outpatient cases in the recovery room. Additionally, you will handle the preoperative care of our stationary patients and conduct structured intake assessments.
Processes: Your organizational talent is needed to ensure smooth workflows in the recovery room. We welcome creative ideas to ensure optimal patient care.
Team: You will work hand-in-hand within an interdisciplinary team of various professional groups to ensure our patients receive the best possible care.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, shifts from 06:45 AM to 03:15 PM and 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM.
What You Bring to the Table
Education: You have completed training as a Healthcare Specialist/Nurse, Medical Assistant (MFA), or are a Paramedic with appropriate qualifications.
Knowledge: Ideally, you have initial professional experience in patient admission or the recovery room—or you are eager and ready to learn something new.
Team: You want to be part of our "Team Spirit" and value appreciative cooperation at eye level.
Your Benefits
Earnings: Attractive compensation according to AVR Caritas, including an attractive church-based supplementary pension (company pension), an annual special payment, and performance-based pay.
Culture & Environment: "Best team. Very close" – everyone who enters the St. Adolf-Stift notices our #TeammitSpirit.
Health: A variety of sports and fitness offers await you (e.g., HanseFit, running groups, massages, psychological counseling, and more).
Career & Perspective: We support you with an induction day and an individual onboarding program. If you are interested in further development, we offer specialist training (e.g., ATA, Intensive Care, etc.).
Mobility: Options for a subsidized "Deutschlandticket" or a "JobRad" (bicycle leasing model).
Family & Career: Daycare (Kita) subsidy, daycare settling-in period (10 days), paternity leave (10 days), flexible working models, and emergency childcare.
Interested?
If you like, you are welcome to come in for a shadowing day (hospitation). We look forward to meeting you!
