Pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) registered nurses provide critical care to infants and children up to Fifteen years old. In addition to providing around-the-clock care to these patients, PICU Registered Nurse offer support to the parents. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that a child s critical care treatment is secure.
