In our anesthesia team, professional collaboration on equal footing, mutual support, and respectful interaction are paramount. Around 25 colleagues of varying ages and with diverse experience jointly provide anesthetic care for our clinic. New team members are supported by mentors and a structured onboarding process. Regular team meetings, early morning and late-noon discussions promote exchange and professional development.

Things are never boring here: As an anesthesia nurse, you'll provide perioperative care to patients in nine modern operating rooms across a wide range of specialties – from trauma, vascular, general, spinal, gynecological, and plastic surgery to the delivery room. You'll oversee the anesthesia process from induction and maintenance to emergence in the recovery room. You'll be part of the resuscitation team and work in a modern environment with predictable shifts.

Your profile

You are a registered nurse * Registered Nurse, Nursing Specialist, Nursing Professional * Nursing Specialist (female)

Ideally, you are a specialist nurse for anesthesia or have experience in anesthesia nursing.

You would like to deepen your expertise with the advanced training course "Intensive Care and Anesthesia Nursing" or you already have it.

Even without experience in anesthesia, you are welcome – enthusiasm for learning and passion count more than routine.

They take turns with colleagues on standby duty – with fair compensation.
