SearchPlus HR is seeking a committed and skilled registered nurse to join our healthcare team. Core responsibilities:

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or an equivalent qualification.
Current, active registered nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
Basic life support (BLS) certification required; advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification preferred.
Strong clinical and assessment skills, with the ability to prioritize patient needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
Prior experience in a clinical nursing role is preferred but not mandatory for new graduates.
