SearchPlus HR is proud to announce an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to join our team at a government healthcare facility. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population within the community, adhering to the highest standards of care and government regulations.
Your responsibilities will include assessing patient health status, planning and implementing patient care, educating patients and their families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will play an essential role in promoting public health and delivering patient-centered care within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Primary responsibilities:
Conduct thorough health assessments and develop individualized care plans in accordance with government healthcare protocols.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor patients’ health status and document all care provided accurately.
Educate patients and their families about health management and available resources.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding healthcare delivery.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Current basic life support (BLS) certification; advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification is a plus.
Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in a government or public health setting is preferred but not required.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
