Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify health issues and develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and monitoring for potential side effects or adverse reactions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, facilitating communication between doctors, specialists, and support staff.
Educate patients and their families about health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care to empower them in their recovery journey.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent nursing degree from an accredited institution is essential.
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure is mandatory, with certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, with demonstrated expertise in specific nursing specialties.
Experience in critical care or emergency nursing is highly desirable, enabling quick decision-making in high-pressure situations.
