The Nursing Directorate is seeking to fill the following positions at the Interdisciplinary Center for Drug-Based Tumor Therapy (ICT): Registered Nurses (m/f/d), Healthcare Assistants (m/f/d), or Medical Assistants (m/f/d) for full-time (38.5 hours/week) or part-time positions are available, with a permanent contract. Main responsibilities include: providing general and specialized nursing care to patients with hematological and oncological conditions; intensive patient monitoring regarding specific symptoms, disease progression, and therapy side effects; preparing, administering, and monitoring chemotherapy and antibody therapies; assisting with diagnostic procedures, such as ascites and bone marrow aspiration; performing blood draws, inserting intravenous and port catheters; and treating immunosuppressed patients. For example, after autologous and allogeneic bone marrow transplantation, providing information about treatment, training, and counseling to patients and their families. Requirements: Successfully completed training in nursing or as a medical assistant. Professional, social, and personal competence, a sense of responsibility, and commitment. A perspective that puts people first and prioritizes patient-centered care. Ability and willingness to collaborate constructively with all professional groups and openness to innovation.
