Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care in accordance with the organization’s policy, procedures and standards of care

Prioritizes patient care based on ongoing assessment of patient needs

Able to manage patients with special need eg. people of determination, vulnerable patients

Demonstrates service excellence and acts as a patient advocate to support the patients’ rights and dignity at all times

Facilitates a climate of mutual understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural differences inherent in a multicultural society

Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to provide patient and family-centered care

Ability to insert, maintain and safe removal of IV cannula and fluid management

Maintains confidentiality and security of patient, family, and the organisation information in accordance with the confidentiality policy

Responsible and ensures documentation compliance as per hospital policies and procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

Required:

Bachelor's degree in nursing

Valid practice license – DHA/ MOHAP, Private hospital and home country

Desired

Minimum two years’ experience in a multidisciplinary environment
