JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Evex is announcing a vacancy for the position of Registrar.

Place of work : Tbilisi, Guramishvili Polyclinic

Work schedule: Full-time (40 hours)

Main responsibilities:

Conducting the customer service process in the clinic in accordance with the established procedure;

Identifying user needs and providing relevant information;

Register/refer/enroll the user for medical services;

Conducting the service fee payment process in accordance with established rules;

Providing information and offers to users about promotions/services available on the network.

Job requirements:

Higher education (students are also considered);

Experience working in a similar position in a medical institution is desirable;

Intermediate level of knowledge of office programs;

Knowledge of English and Russian is desirable.
