We are seeking a detail-oriented Registration Clerk to join our healthcare team(Al Qassimi Hospital) in Sharjah , company name (Gulf Dialysis Technical Services LLC (Private Sector), UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently registering patients, managing their information with confidentiality, and ensuring smooth patient flow. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate records and providing excellent first impressions to our patients.

Responsibilities:

- Register incoming patients accurately and efficiently.

- Verify patient information and insurance details.

- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient data.

- Manage patient records and update information as needed.

- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient processing.

- Answer patient inquiries and provide general information.

- Handle administrative duties related to patient registration.

- Assist in the preparation of daily registration reports.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration is a plus.

-Arabic and English speaking (requirement)

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Customer service oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Salary:

AED 3000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
