Position: Rescue Ambulance Crew

The company offers the opportunity for interested candidates to apply for the position of "Rescue Ambulance Crew" for its facilities in Chalkidiki. The position reports to the Occupational Physician of the Medical Department at the Olympias site.

Main Responsibilities:

Providing emergency pre-hospital care and immediate response to incidents.

Safe assessment, stabilization, and transport of patients according to protocols.

Airway management, respiratory support, and performing CPR using an AED.

Management of trauma and immobilization of patients using appropriate equipment.

Monitoring vital signs and performing basic invasive procedures (e.g., intravenous line).

Operation of ambulance equipment and communication systems.

Recording incidents and maintaining medical confidentiality and ethics.

Team collaboration and effective communication with patients and colleagues.

Participation in large-scale emergencies (e.g., mass casualty incidents).

Adherence to shift procedures, cleanliness, and the smooth operation of the ambulance.

Required Qualifications:

Vocational Training Diploma (IEK) in "Rescuer - Ambulance Crew," EOPPEP certification, and a professional license.

Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) & PHTLS (Prehospital Trauma Life Support).

Experience: At least 8 months of experience as an ambulance crew member.

Driver's License: Category C (Truck license).

Languages: Good command of Greek and English (written & oral).

IT Skills: Good computer literacy (ECDL or equivalent).

Soft Skills: Organizational skills, responsibility, professionalism, team spirit, and cooperation.

Communication: Ability to communicate with and manage patients/escorts.

Growth Mindset: Adaptability and willingness for continuous training and development.
