Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for healthcare professionals, to ensure proper use and optimal outcomes with our medical devices.

Therapy Awareness and Adoption through conducting CMEs, workshops, nursing awareness programs.

Develop educational materials and resources, such as user manuals, training videos, and case studies, to support customer learning and proficiency.

Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, and other stakeholders within assigned territories.

Various engagement activities including scientific discussions, RTMs, Meetings with KOLs, technical approval for new or existing brands.

Gather customer feedback and insights to identify unmet needs, market trends, and opportunities for product improvement or expansion.

Manage product related issues and claims from Hospitals / end users.

Clinical Support:

Serve as a clinical resource for internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, providing clinical expertise and guidance on product features and applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and escalate complex clinical concerns as needed.

Skills:

Excellent communication & presentation skills and the ability to engage and inspire others through dynamic and interactive training sessions

Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, with the ability to effectively communicate complex clinical concepts to diverse audiences

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites, conferences, and clinical study locations as needed

English is required

Desired Candidate Profile

Formation:

B. Sc (Nursing)/ Diploma in General Nursing.

Experince:

8-10 Years experience as Infection control / Nursing Training / Nurse educator role in Medical Disposables Organization/ Hospital. /
