About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Scrub Nurse or Surgical First Assistant with strong orthopaedic experience to join a leading Private Hospital in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regarded theatre team that delivers exceptional surgical care and maintains outstanding clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, effective scrub support for a range of orthopaedic surgical procedures

Undertake SFA duties where required, supporting the surgical team throughout procedures

Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical practice

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary theatre environment

Contribute to ongoing service development and clinical excellence

Requirements

Registered Nurse (NMC) or Operating Department Practitioner (HCPC)

Proven experience in orthopaedic scrub and SFA duties

Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work autonomously within theatre

Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
