Key responsibilities:

Requirements
Board certification in plastic surgery
Extensive experience in performing complex plastic surgeries, both aesthetic and reconstructive
Proven leadership skills with experience in mentoring and training surgical teams
Comprehensive knowledge of current surgical techniques and public health regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
