Description
The role entails leading the end-to-end management of Qiddiya’s medical services contract. The selected candidate will be accountable for contract governance, financial control, provider performance, clinic operations, and strategic execution. They will act as the main interface with the medical provider and ensure high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective medical services across all sites.
Key responsibilities include:
Owning and managing the medical services contract and all related invoices.
Developing and managing medical provider KPIs and performance reviews.
Producing SOPs and operational procedures for clinics.
Auditing contractor clinics to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
Preparing monthly reports for HSWW leadership.
Executing the medical and wellbeing strategy.
Evaluating medical providers and leading improvement plans.
Supporting health events and business units with medical expertise.
Leading and supporting medical RFPs and new service mobilizations.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in healthcare operations or medical contract management.
A strong background in contract governance, KPIs, and auditing.
Experience with clinic operations and healthcare quality.
Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills.
