As a senior specialist neonatologist, you will oversee the management of critically ill neonates, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and implement evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes. Key responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, specialized medical care for newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines.

Lead and mentor clinical staff, promoting professional growth and enhancing team collaboration.

Requirements

Board-certified neonatologist with valid medical licensure.

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a neonatal intensive care setting, with a robust clinical background.

Strong ability to manage complex clinical cases and coordinate multi-disciplinary care teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, vital for effective patient and family interaction.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in mentoring healthcare professionals.
