In this senior role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, performing advanced surgical procedures, and leading a multidisciplinary team in providing exceptional patient care. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior surgeons and contribute to the development of orthopedic services within the hospital.

Key responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose orthopedic conditions through comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic imaging.

Perform complex orthopedic surgeries with a focus on optimal patient outcomes.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on the latest clinical guidelines and best practices.

Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and surgical outcomes.

Mentor junior surgeons and medical staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

Participate in clinical research and contribute to the advancement of orthopedic practices.

Engage with patients and their families to provide education on treatment options and care plans.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in orthopedic surgery.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in orthopedic surgery, with a proven track record in handling complex cases.

Expertise in the latest surgical techniques and treatments within orthopedic care.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide junior medical personnel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction and team collaboration.

Commitment to continuous professional development and research in orthopedic surgery.

Eligibility for medical licensure in the UAE.
