SearchPlus HR is excited to announce a prime opportunity for a senior specialist in pediatrics to join a leading private healthcare sector organization. This is an excellent chance for experienced pediatricians who are passionate about providing exceptional care to children and working in a collaborative, innovative environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and management of pediatric patients across a wide range of medical conditions. You will work closely with families to ensure comprehensive care and development, while also mentoring and guiding junior staff in pediatric practices.
Key responsibilities:
Lead clinical evaluations and manage treatment plans for pediatric patients.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions in children.
Provide preventive services, including immunizations, screenings, and health education.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Supervise and mentor junior pediatric staff, fostering a culture of learning and development.
Engage with families to provide guidance on health management and developmental milestones.
Participate in quality assurance initiatives and clinical research as needed.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
Requirements
Medical degree (MD/DO) and successful completion of residency training in pediatrics.
Board certification in pediatrics is mandatory.
At least 5 years of clinical experience in a pediatric setting, preferably in private healthcare.
Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
Strong clinical skills with extensive knowledge of pediatric care practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children and their families.
Proven leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior healthcare professionals.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with pediatric advancements.
Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team and a fast-paced environment.
