As a Senior Specialist Plastic Surgeon, you will be at the forefront of delivering advanced plastic surgery services. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess patient needs and establish tailored surgical plans

Perform complex surgical procedures, including advanced cosmetic surgeries and reconstructive operations

Lead multidisciplinary teams in the development and execution of patient care protocols

Provide mentorship and training to junior surgeons and medical staff

Monitor patient recovery and provide ongoing support during post-operative care

Engage in research and contribute to the advancement of surgical techniques and methodologies

Maintain a strong commitment to ethical practice and patient confidentiality

Participate in hospital committees and contribute to the continuous improvement of surgical services

Requirements

Medical degree and board certification in Plastic Surgery with a focus on advanced practices

Completion of a fellowship in Plastic Surgery or relevant advanced training

Extensive experience (5+ years) in performing high-level cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries

Proven leadership skills with experience in mentoring and training other medical professionals

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
