Responsibilities
Provide operational and strategic oversight for assigned hospital service lines across outpatient and inpatient settings
Partner with physicians, nursing leaders, and allied health teams to align clinical services with hospital objectives
Lead service planning, capacity optimization, and performance improvement initiatives
Oversee day‑to‑day operations to ensure efficient patient flow, quality outcomes, and positive patient experience
Develop and manage service line budgets, monitor financial performance, and support cost‑effective use of resources
Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators related to quality, access, productivity, and service growth
Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and patient safety standards
Support service development, expansion, or optimization initiatives in line with hospital strategy
Coordinate with corporate and support functions including finance, HR, supply chain, IT, and facilities
Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and staff development in collaboration with clinical leaders
Prepare service line reports, dashboards, and presentations for hospital leadership and governance forums
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
10 years post registration nursing experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare operations or service line management within a Peri-operative/ Operating Room setting
Master’s degree in healthcare management or business administration is preferred
